Pr 31:26(KJV):

31:26 She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.

Focusing on the word translated openeth. Here is, in part what Strongs Concordance says.

Have you ever wanted to say something and figuratively “bit your tongue”. Well, if it was something that wasn’t just, lovely or of good report you did the right thing!

However if it was something from your spirit inspired by Holy Spirit you should let those and allow that word to be engraved on the hearts of others. I am not saying it’s easy but it is Proverbs 31 wisdom. I want to encourage you to speak out, break forth, put off the things that hold you back. 

Set yourself in agreement with Isaih 50:4 by saying “I have the tongue of the learned and I will speak a word in season”.
