Our Story
One Accord Prayer Association was founded with a simple goal: to help meet practical needs in the communities of Shelby County, Texas, and DeSoto Parish, Louisiana. What began as a desire to support neighbors facing difficult circumstances has grown into a variety of outreach programs that assist children, families, seniors, and individuals experiencing hardship. Through initiatives such as the Step Into Hope Shoe Drive, Diaper Dash, Elderly Engagement, and other community support efforts, we work to provide resources that improve everyday life. We believe that small acts of kindness can make a lasting difference. Whether it's helping a child receive a new pair of shoes, providing essential baby items, supporting seniors, or responding to a community need, our focus is on offering practical assistance with dignity and compassion. Today, One Accord Prayer Association continues to serve local communities through the generosity of donors, volunteers, and supporters who share our commitment to helping others. Together, we are building stronger communities, one person, one family, and one act of kindness at a time. ❤️
Donation Transparency
To ensure donor funds are used as intended, corporate donations and sponsorships are directed exclusively toward community service and outreach initiatives. They are not used to fund our Jail Ministry, Bound for Hope, Blog, prayer meetings, or social media operations. We are committed to transparency, responsible stewardship, and ensuring that donor support directly benefits the programs it was intended to support.
